Quick and efficient job changes are the center point of our efforts at McGregor. Taking our assets and relentlessly working to make them more efficient is a critical component of our excellence in machining. The McGregor equation of excellence is completed with the inclusion of focus from our quality lab. Utilizing a highly-capable DCC-CMM, we follow your parts from prototype to PPAP to your production line – quality assured all the way.

Machining competence is a blend of equipment, process know-how and a highly creative approach to the process from design to shipment. The management team at our machining operation is practiced in Lean concepts and more importantly is customer-centric. We believe our quality and delivery record has allowed us to lever success in the machining business to make us a key provider of high tolerance machined components to the market.

We are transforming Carmichael from what was historically a screw machine shop, to a sophisticated CNC machining company. Although we still make a lot of screw machine parts, Carmichael Machine is becoming a center of excellence for small to medium size runs of complex parts and assemblies.
