Ohio Stamping & Machine

Ohio Stamping and Machine LLC manufactures first operation blanks and medium to large stampings for the automotive, truck, and appliance industries. Progressive dies, transfers with press up to 1600 tons.  Both exposed and unexposed blanks are processed using procedures and standards established to meet critical quality requirements. These first operation blanks are either cut-to-length or die-cut configured blanks.

Coil processing capabilities include:

• GAGE RANGE: .019" - .375"
• COIL WIDTH: 80" MAX
• COIL WEIGHT: 70,000 LBS MAX

OSMI provides full tool design and build services by supplementing our own in-house capabilities with contract design and/or build services with established reputable firms. The ability to maintain tooling in-house is just another service that our customers find to be of great value.
