McGregor Metalworking Companies Appoints Jon Neeld as Plant Manager for its Rose City Manufacturing Business
Springfield, OH –  The McGregor Metalworking Companies recently hired Jon Neeld to be their Plant Manager for their Rose City Manufacturing (RCM) business based in Springfield, OH.  RCM is a contract manufacturer that specializes in metal stamping as well as value-added services of robotic welding and component assembly.
“Due to the retirement of a long term employee we began our search for a new Plant Manager and were impressed with Jon Neeld’s background as well as fit into our culture” said Dane Belden, President of McGregor Metalworking Companies.  “The RCM business is growing rapidly and in this competitive world we need to maintain our edge of Quality and Service as well as continuously improve.”
With a career that began in Quality, Mr. Neeld progressed though production management and ultimately into multi-site Operations Management of an integrated metal stamper, decorator and assembler.  This diversity, coupled with a process improvement mentality Jon is the right person at the right time for the RCM facility.
